SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing does not take place on weekends or public holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, processing may take longer, and we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

We offer different shipping options based on your location. Standard shipping generally takes 3-4 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days. For international orders, delivery may take 7-8 business days, depending on customs clearance and other factors. Unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing may occur, and we appreciate your patience in such cases.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Any applicable duties or taxes for international shipments will be the customer’s responsibility and may vary based on your country’s regulations.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within GCC and to selected international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@qamar-perfumes.com to check if we can accommodate your request.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@qamar-perfumes.com immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. Refunds for undeliverable packages will be issued only for the product cost, excluding shipping fees.
