1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

It is mandatory to have unboxing video in case of return .

Custom or discounted items are non-returnable.

Ship the product back to us at Qamar Perfumes LLC once you receive a return email reply with approval for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Processing Returns
