1. Returns

We want you to love your fragrance, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

It is mandatory to have unboxing video in case of return .

Custom or discounted items are non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@qamar-perfumes.com with your order details and reason for return with unboxing video.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring that it is in unused and resalable condition. Include a copy of your order confirmation and any other required documentation.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 15-20 business days.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note the following:

Refunds will be processed for the cost of the product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

It may take 15-20 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and bank.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used fragrances.

Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged).
