1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Please see the details below for our shipping methods:
Estimated delivery time: 3-4 business days.
Available for domestic orders only.
Estimated delivery time: 7-8 business days.
Available for both domestic and international orders.
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's total weight, size, and the delivery method you select at checkout. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
3. Order Processing Time
Domestic Orders are processed within 2 business days from the time your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
International Orders are processed within 3-4 business days from the time your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that orders may take longer to process during peak seasons (such as holidays or sales events).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account to view the status of your order and track its delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to GCC Countries. Some shipping restrictions may apply to certain items due to size, weight, or local regulations.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@qamar-perfumes.com, We will work with you to resolve the issue by either issuing a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
For damaged items, please retain the original packaging and take photos of the damage. This will help us process your claim efficiently.
For lost packages, we will investigate the issue with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
